مساله ها و بایسته های استراتژیک عربستان سعودی در سال 2023

چکیده

در این مقاله با استفاده از روش SWTO بایسته­ها و مسائل استراتژیک عربستان سعودی در سال 2023 مورد تبیین قرار گرفته است. شناسایی این بایسته­ها مبتنی بر چهار مؤلفه نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، تهدیدات و فرصت­ها بوده که در سال 2019 منجر به بازطراحی استراتژی سه­وجهی عربستان برای پیشبرد اصلاحات اجتماعی و اقتصادی در سطح داخلی، تنش­زدایی فراگیر در سطح منطقه­ای و مدیریت رقابت قدرت­های بزرگ در سطح بین­المللی گردیده است. یافته­های مقاله این است که نقش و جایگاه عربستان در آینده ژئوپلیتیک انرژی و برآمدن نظم جدید در رهگذر برهم خوردن نظم کنونی نفت­محور، پادشاهی عربستان را به سمت متنوع­سازی درآمدهای دولت و گسترده کردن سبد شرکای منطقه­ای و بین­المللی ناگریز کرده است. قرارگیری در چنین مسیری است که عربستان سعودی را به سمت صراحت بیشتر در تصمیم­گیری سیاست خارجی و انتخاب­های استراتژیک متمایل ساخته است.
