تاثیر لابی صهیونیستی- عربی بر سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده نسبت به ایران (با تاکید بر برنامه هسته ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران)

چکیده

سیاست خارجی تهاجمی ایالات‌متحده در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران (۲۰۰۰-۲۰۱۷) را می‌توان ناشی از بنیان‌های درونی سیاست خارجی این کشور به‌حساب آورد. یکی از این بنیان‌های درونی. لابی‌های متعدد فعال در نظام سیاسی_ اقتصادی ایالات‌متحده می‌باشد. برای تبیین سیاست خارجی ایالات‌متحده بر اساس بنیان‌های درونی‌اش» می‌توان از نظریه واقع گرایی نوکلاسیک بهره گرفت. در سال‌های اخیر همگرایی عمیقی بین لابی‌های صهیونیستی و عربی در جهت مقابله با منافع جمهوری اسلامی ایران شکل‌گرفته است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که هر دوی آنها در تلاش هستند تا قوای سه‌گانه در آمریکا را برای اتخاذ سیاست‌های ضد ایرانی اقناع کنند. بر همین اساس نویسندگان این مقاله به‌دنبال پاسخ به این سوال اصلی هستند که لابی‌های صهیونیستی_ عربی چه تاثیری بر سیاست خارجی ایالات‌متحده در قبال برنامه هسته‌ای ایران (۲۰۰۰-۲۰۱۷) داشته‌اند؟ نویسندگان مقاله با بکارگیری روش کیفی, مطالعه موردی درصدد هستند تا تاثیر هم‌زمان لابی صهیونیستی عربی بر رویکرد ایالات‌متحده در قبال برنامه هسته‌ای را بسنجند. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در رابطه با ایران؛ لایی‌های صهیونیستی_ عربی در سال‌های اخیر به هدفی مشترک دست پیدا کرده‌اند؛ آنها درصدد ترغیب نخبگان سیاسی_ اقتصادی ایالات‌متحده برای پیگیری سیاست‌های ضد ایرانی از جمله تصویب قوانین تحریمی بوده‌اند.
